I aim to despatch your order as soon as possible.
Despatch on receipt of payment/cheque clearance.
I will email or telephone you to confirm the order
and will let you know when the order has been despatched.
I will exchange or refund any items that you are not
happy with, provided they are returned in their original
condition within 7 days of receipt, (please ask for proof
of mailing from the post office for your returned item as
I cannot be held responsible for anything that gets lost
or damaged in transit).
Delivery charge and returned postage will only be
refunded if the item is faulty.
